Good kava. Not my favourite but a great reliable option when waiting for other stock to arrive. Flavour has improved over the years.

I love the sedating affect that comes from this kava. As someone who has trouble sleeping,
a few spoons of this in water and drink a few hours before bed.
Also, you get a few uses from one lot as once I have drunk the first infusion I add more water, knead well and have another lot for tomorrow.

The SAVUSAVU ORIGIN from Kavapros is so easy to drink, tastes good and love heaviness which helps with CPTSD, it unwinds me for a while and keeps me away from alcohol sustaining my 13th year of sobriety.

Takes the edge off, minus a hangover and regrets!

Was lucky enough to get the last bag of Black Damu.
I've had a few different Kavas from Kava Pros, and this is my favorite so far.
I mixed as directed in the shaker bag in 600 mls of room temperature water in my protein shaker. Gave it a good solid 90 second shake and poured my first cup. Easy drinking Kava, minimal bitterness, very palatable. Chased it with another one, just like Dave said he does in one of the videos. I added another 100ml of water, and had a shell every 20 mins or so.
So relaxing with a very clear mind and my bodys aches and pains have subsided. I had a reasonably stressful day, after finishing my mix, im now chilling on the couch.

The Fiji Gold is up there with this one for sure.
